The town of Nabburg has erected and renovated four playgrounds during the last years in cooperation with parents and socially committed organizations.
It is a great achievement for the children's welfare.
The playground in the middle of the local holiday area, near the school complex was drew up new in 2004. The apparatus at the „Indian fort“, as the playground was known, was replaced by new climbing frames, swings etc. It now offers innumerable possibilities to climb around as well as a slide. A swing in the shape of a bird nest makes it safe to go on the swing. The playground is located on a hill, which is perfect for sledging and is the reason why many people, young and old alike, frequent it in winter.

We recommend you to visit the playground near the basic primary and secondary school as well. Here one can also find a swing in the shape of a bird nest, slides, a sandpit, a shed to play, and other swings. There are seats for the parents and parking spaces in the Seyerleingarten.
